تمكن أمن ولاية معسكر، اليوم الاثنين، من توقيف شخصين وحجز قرابة 5600 وحدة من الألعاب النارية، من مختلف الانواع والاحجام.
وحسب بيان أمن معسكر، يأتي هذا خلال عملية شرطة عبر الفضاءات التجارية بمدينة معسكر، قام بها الامن الحضري الثاني للولاية.

للإشارة، يعاقب القانون الجزائري على تجارة المفرقعات والألعاب النارية، ومنع إلقائها في الشارع واستعمالها لترويع الناس وتخويفهم منذ سنة 1963.

وينص المرسوم على أن صناعة واستيراد وبيع المفرقعات وجميع الألعاب النارية محظور داخل التراب الوطني، نظرا للأضرار الجسيمة التي تسببها.

ويشدد القانون الجزائري، العقوبات على تجار المفرقعات، حيث تتراوح الإدانة بين 5 و10 سنوات سجنا وغرامات مالية تصل إلى الملايين.
