قرر والي مستغانم، تنصيب لجنة لدراسة الطعون فيما يخص القائمة الإسمية المؤقتة للمستفيدين من السكن الترقوي المدعم LPA برنامج 2018 و2019.
وحسب بيان لمصالح الولاية، واستجابة لإنشغالات المواطنين، قرر الوالي تنصيب لجنة على مستوى دائرة مستغانم لدراسة الطعون المودعة عبر البريد الالكتروني التالي:

كما يمكن إيداع الطعون، عبر البريد العادي السريع، وذلك ابتداءا من يوم غد الأحد، ولمدة 8 أيام.

هذا وتتكون لجنة التحقيق من ممثلي كل من المفتشة العامة للولاية، ومديرية السكن ولجنة الدائرة يترأسها السيد رئيس الدائرة.

وسيتم التحقيق في كل الملفات المطعون فيها.

وذكرت ذات المصلحة، بأن القائمة بصدد التحقيق العقاري، وسيتم إقصاء كل من استفاد من إعانة الدولة فيما يخص السكن، وكذا كل من يملك عقار على المستوى الوطني.
