راهن وزير العمل والتشغيل والضمان الاجتماعي الهاشمي جعبوب على إصلاح قطاع العمل إصلاحا حقيقيا وجذريا بمراجعة آداءاته وتسييره ومخرجاته.

وقال جعبوب خلال إشرافه على حفل تخرج الدفعة الخامسة لطلبة المدرسة العليا للضمان الاجتماعي إن هدف قطاعه هو جعل المدرسة العليا للضمان الاجتماعي صرحا وطنيا وقاريا للتكوين، وذلك ما يستدعي تطوير وتكييف البرامج والمناهج بما يتماشى وتطلعات القطاع.

كما أكد على ضرورة القضاء على البيروقراطية وتحسين الخدمة العمومية، من خلال رقمنة القطاع والرهان على العنصر البشري الكفؤ والمؤمن برسالة المؤسسة التي ينتمي إليها، مؤكدا: “حرصنا على النهوض بالقطاع والدفع به قدما ورقمنته أدى بنا للمبادرة بإعادة النظر في تسيير المدرسة”.

وأضاف أن السعي للدفع بالمؤسسة قدما جعلهم يسعون للرقمنة كمبادرة لإعادة النظر في تسيير المدرسة، من أجل جعلها مؤسسة مرجعية في التكوين المتواصل ونشر المؤلفات والدوريات ذات الصلة ومد الوزارة بالمقترحات المساعدة.
