حوّل اليوم الإثنين صاحب مجمع الخليفة عبد المومن خليفة من سجن الحراش إلى سجن الشلف، أين سيقضي عقوبته المتمثلة في 18 سنة حبسا نافذا.
وللإشارة، فإن عبد المومن خليفة سبق وأن حُكم عليه بعقوبة 18 سنة سجنا نافذا و مليون دج غرامة مالية نافذة.

وتمت محاكمة عبد المومن خليفة بمجلس قضاء البليدة بتاريخ 8 من شهر نوفمبر الماضي رفقة 11 متهما بتهم تتعلق بجناية تكوين جمعية أشرار والتزوير في محررات رسمية.
كما يتابع عبد المومن خليفة، بتهمة السرقة المقترنة بظرف التعدد والنصب والاحتيال وخيانة الأمانة والرشوة والتزوير بمحررات مصرفية والإفلاس بالتدليس.
