أيد مجلس قضاء البيض الحكم الابتدائي في حق 12 متهما في قضية إنفجار أنبوب الغاز بالبيض.

ويتابع في القضية التي تعود أحداثها إلى 10 أكتوبر الماضي كل من المقاول صاحب ورشة أشغال حفر وتهيئة قنوات الصرف الصحي وسائق آلة الحفر الذين أُدينا بـ 3 سنوات حبسا نافذا.

كما أُدين مسير الأشغال بذات الورشة وعضو منتخب بالمجلس البلدي لبلدية البيض بسنة حبسا نافذا.

وأصدر مجلس قضاء البيض حكما في حق مهندس مناوبة بشركة سونلغاز ومهندس بالموارد المائية الذين أسندت إليهما مهمة متابعة المشروع بسنة سجنا غير نافذة.

بالمقابل استفاد 6 أشخاص آخرين من بين المتهميين في قضية انفجار البيض من حكم البراءة، حيث يتعلق الأمر بكل من عضو منتخب ببلدية البيض وإطار بإتصالات الجزائر .

كما نطق بحكم البراءة لإطار بالوحدة الجزائرية للمياه ومهندس صاحب مكتب دراسات بالإضافة إلى مهندس بالهيئة الوطنية لمراقبة أشغال الري وإطار بالموارد المائية.
