أجل رئيس الغرفة الجزائية الثالثة بمجلس قضاء العاصمة اليوم الاثنين قضية الأمين العام الأسبق لحزب الأفلان محمد جميعي.
وتم متابعة الأمين العام الأسبق للأفلان بجنحتي سوء استغلال الوظيفة وسب صحفي أثناء تأدية مهامه.

واستفادت زوجة جميعي من انتفاء وجه الدعوى في ملف الحال.

وجاء تأجيل محاكمة المتهم محمد جميعي لثاني مرة على التوالي، إلى تاريخ 25 جانفي المقبل.

وتم تسجيل تغيب أطراف القضية بعدما تم تسجيل حضور المتهم محمد جميعي فقط.

وتم إدانة الأمين العام الأسبق للأفلان محمد جميعي شهر سبتمبر المنصرم بعقوبة سنتين حبسا منها عام نافذا وآخر غير نافذ وغرامة مالية تقدر بـ 200 ألف دينار.

وتم الإفراج عن المتهم محمد جميعي، بعد استنفاذه عقوبة سنة حبسا نافذا.
