حدد مجلس الإستئناف العسكري بالبليدة يوم السبت 2 جانفي لمحاكمة المتهمين في القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بـ”التآمر” بتشكيلة جديدة، حسب تأكيد من عضو في هيئة الدفاع في تصريحات اعلامية لموقع سبق برس.

ويأتي تحديد الجلسة بعد قبول المحكمة العليا يوم 18 نوفمبر الماضي الطعن بالنقض الذي تقدم به دفاع المتهمين.

وأصدر مجلس الإستئناف العسكري شهر فيفري حكما بإدانة كل من السعيد بوتفليقة والفريق المتقاعد محمد مدين واللواء المتقاعد بشير طرطاق بـ 15 سنة سجنا نافذا من بتهمتي “المساس بسلطة الجيش والمؤامرة ضد سلطة الدولة”.

ويتابع في القضية نفسها وزير الدفاع السابق خالد نزار وابنه لطفي نزار وفريد بن حمدين مسير سابق للشركة الصيدلانية، وقد حكم عليهم غيابيا بـ 20 سنة سجنا نافذا.

بالمقابل تم تبرئة زعيمة حزب العمال، لويزة حنون، من التهم التي وجهت لها من قبل النيابة العامة ليتم إخلاء سبيلها يوم الجلسة الأولى في مجلس الإستئناف العسكري شهر فيفري مع إدانتها بـ 3 سنوات سجنا منها 9 أشهر حبس نافذة بتهم عدم التبليغ عن جناية.
