من المقرر أن تفتح الغرفة الجزائية السادسة بمجلس قضاء العاصمة اليوم الأربعاء قضية الإخوة كونيناف، بعد استئنافهم عقوبات الحبس المسلطة في حقهم.
ويتعلق الأمر بكل من المتهمين رضا وعبد القادر كريم وطارق-نوح كونيناف.

وسبق لقاضي الدرجة الأولى بمحكمة سيدي امحمد وأن أصدرت أحكاما قضائية سالبة للحرية في حق المتهمين، على خلفية تهم فساد المسجلة على مستوى بنود بعض الصفقات المبرمة و العقود الموقعة.

ويتهم الإخوة كونيناف بتغيير تكاليف وأجال انجاز مشاريع كالتي كانت مقررة في فضاءات صناعية تابعة للمجمع بعين وسارة و قصر البخاري.
وأودع الإخوة الثلاث كونيناف، الحبس المؤقت يوم 24 أفريل 2019 الحبس المؤقت، لمتابعتهم بتهم تتعلق ب”استغلال النفوذ” و “تبييض الأموال”.

كما يتابع الإخوة كونيناف بتهم “الاستفادة من امتيازات غير مستحقة” و “تحويل عقارات و امتيازات” و”عدم الوفاء بالالتزامات التعاقدية عند انجاز مشاريع عمومية”.

و يتابع أيضا في هذه القضية كل من أختهم سعاد نور (المتواجدة في حالة فرار بالخارج).

كما يتابع في القضية أيضا مسير مجمع “كو جي سي” (KouGC) الذي يملكونه، المدعو قدور بن طاهر.
