وجهت وكالة عدل، إعذارا أوّلا لشركة بورواق للبناء، المكلّفة بدراسة وإنجاز 2000 وحدة سكنية، في بلدية الخروب، بولاية قسنطينة.
ويخص الإعذار الصفقة المتعلقة بإنجاز ودراسة 200/1019 مسكن عدل بالموقع 1 واد حميميم و 2000/981 مسكن بالموقع 2 ماسينيسا.

وأقدمت الوكالة على توجيه الاعذار، لشركة بورواق، بسبب تأخرها في إتمام الأشغال، وعدم احترامها الآجال التعاقدية المتفق عليها.

وإخلالها بتعهدها بإتمام الأشغال في مدة ثلاثة أشهر، خلال الإجتماع 8 أكتوبر بإشراف المدير العام للوكالة محمد طارق بلعريبي.

وبموجب هذا الإعذار، طالبت الوكالة شركة الإنجاز بإتمام الأشغال المتبقية وتسريع وتيرة العمل لاستدراك التأخر المسجّل خاصة بموقع 2000/981 سكن.

وتدعيم الورشة بالوسائل البشرية، العتاد ومواد البناء اللاّزمة، وتنصيب ثلاث ورشات مستقلة لإنجاز أشغال الطرقات والشبكات المختلفة لموقع 2000/981 سكن.

وأمهلت الوكالة شركة الإنجاز مدة ثمانية أيام، ابتداء من تاريخ أوّل نشر لهذا الإعذار في الصحافة الوطنية،لأجل تنفيذ هده التعليمات.

وستتخذ الإجراءات الرّدعية طبقا للشروط المنصوص عليها في الصفقة، خاصة فسخها على عاتق المقاولة.
