أعلن رئيس السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات محمد شرفي، أنه سيتم عن قريب الانتهاء من اعداد القانون الجديد للانتخابات.
وأوضح محمد شرفي، أن القانون يتضمن عدة سبل لتدعيم المسار نحو استرجاع الثقة وتعزيز الحوكمة.

وأكد شرفي، أن أغلبية المواطنين اقتنعوا أن السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات مكسب حقيقي قانوني ودستوري للشعب الجزائري.

وأشار المتحدث إلى أن القانون الجديد للانتخابات جاء بسبل جديدة كفيلة بإفضاء الشفافية على العملية الانتخابية.

وكشف شرفي أن هيئته ستتدعم بجهاز جديد مثل ما هو موجود في الدول المتقدمة.

وأوضح رئيس السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات، أن دور مجلس المحاسبة سيبقى كما عليه سابقا بالفصل في ترشيحات الرئاسيات.

أما الترشيحات الأخرى الفصل فيها والاعلان عن النتائج و لأول مرة من طرف السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات.
