أعلنت ثلاثة مساجد كبرى في فرنسا عن رفضها حظر ذبح الدواجن وفق الأصول الشريعة الإسلامية.

وذكر بيان صادر عن مساجد باريس، وليون، وإيفري، أن إدارييها اجتمعوا لمناقشة تعميم وزارة الزراعة والأغذية الفرنسية في 23 نوفمبر الماضي حول طرق ذبح الدواجن.

وقال البيان إن التعميم الوزاري يتعلق بالضوابط الرسمية “لحماية الحيوانات أثناء ذبحها في المسالخ”، مؤكدا على أن ذلك لا يهيئ الظروف الملائمة للذبح وفق الأصول الإسلامية.

وتابع: “إنها رسالة سيئة للمجتمع المسلم قبل رمضان، حيث إنه سيتم حظر الذبح الحلال للدواجن اعتبارا من جوان 2021”.

وشدد البيان على أن هذه الإجراءات تشكل عقبة خطيرة أمام الممارسة الحرة للشعائر الدينية، وأن القائمين على إدارة المساجد يؤكدون أنهم سيلجؤون إلى كافة الإجراءات القانونية لاستعادة هذا الحق الأساسي.
