ألجيريان إكسبرس: لقي 569 شخصا مصرعهم وأصيب 15854 أخرون بجروح في 13314 حادث مروري تم تسجيلها على المستوى الوطني من طرف مصالح الامن الوطني خلال سنة 2020 ، كما كشف عنه اليوم الاثنين مدير الامن العمومي مراقب عام للشرطة عيسى نايلي.

وأوضح مدير الامن العمومي في لقاء خصص لعرض حصيلة نشاطات مختلف المصالح التابعة لمديريته ل 2020 أنه مقارنة مع سنة 2019 تم تسجيل انخفاض في عدد القتلى من 676 إلى 569 وتراجع في عدد الجرحى من 19151 الى 15854 و في عدد الحوادث من 15992 الى 13314 حادث مروري.

وأرجع ذات المسؤول الاسباب الرئيسية لهذا الحوادث الى العنصر البشري بنسبة 31ر98 بالمئة، مشددا على وجوب تعزيز وتكثيف العمليات التحسيسية لفائدة مستعملي الطريق للتقليص من حوادث المرور وكذا تقديم دروس بالمؤسسات التربوية وبحظائر التربية المرورية لسائق الغد لوقاية من حوادث المرور .

كما ذكر نايلي بكل ما يتم تحضيره حاليا بتنسيق الجهود مع جميع الجهات المعنية من أجل تحيين المنظومة التشريعية وتكييفها مع المستجدات الراهنة حول تنظيم المرور وكذا النقل العمومي لاسيما فيما يخص النقل الجماعي وذلك لتفادي الحوادث وتعزيز أمن المسافرين .

وبخصوص النشاطات الردعية المسجلة سنة 2020 ، افاد المراقب العام للشرطة بأنه تم تسجيل 93916 جنحة و وضع 32062 سيارة في حظيرة الحشر.

وفيما يتعلق بنشاطات العمران وحماية البيئة قدر مجموع المخالفات المسجلة في 2020 ب 37196 مخالفة اي بزيادة تقدر ب 2826 مخالفة مقارنة مع 2019 حيث تعلقت هذه المخالفات بالنفايات وحماية الساحل والنظافة والصحة العمومية والمياه والغابات وكذا بالمساحات الخضراء .

وقدر المسؤول ذاته مجموع مخالفات العمران ب 19586 مخالفة اي بزيادة تقدر ب 4234 مقارنة مع 2019 ، مشددا على ضرورة بذل المزيد من الجهود لحماية البيئة وتنظيف المحيط.

وعن تأمين امتحانات نهاية السنة، ذكر المراقب العام للشرطة بانه تم تجنيد 18954 عون لتأمين امتحانات شهادة التعليم المتوسط وتسخير 24466 عون آخرين لتأمين امتحان شهادة البكالوريا، مذكرا بان المخطط الامني الذي سيتم انجازه لسنة 2021 يركز على تعزيز التوعية والتحسيس من أجل تدعيم الأمن خاصة في الاستحقاقات الانتخابية المقبلة وكذا لمواجهة انتشار وباء كورونا.
