الجيريان اكسبريس: قررت الحكومة تمديد سن التقاعد الإجباري إلى 65 سنة بعدما كان محددا بـ60 سنة حيث بإمكان العمال والموظفين الإستمرار في مناصبهم بصورة إختيارية لمدة 5 سنوات أخرى بعد بلوغهم سن الـ60 سنة.
وحسب ماجاء في العدد الأخير من الجريدة الرسمية فإن الوزير الأول عبد العزيز جراد قد وقع مرسوما وزاريا يقضي بتمديد سن التقاعد الإجباري إلى 65 سنة.

ويحسب ماجاء في المرسوم فإن الإستمرار في العمل لمدة 5 سنوات إضافية يكون بطلب اختياري من العامل، ويكون هذا من خلال تقديم طلب للجهنة المستخدمة قبل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل من السن القانونيبة الحالية للتقاعد.

كما يستلزم للعامل أن يكون في حالة نشاط أثناء عند إيداع طلب مواصلة النشاط، ولايمكن للمستخدم إحالة العامل على التقاعد خلال الخمس سنوات إلا بموافقة منه، وإذا كان العامل يرغب في التقاعد عليه إيداع الطلب قبل شهرين من إحالته على التقاعد.
