الجيريان اكسبرس: بدأت شركة صناعة السيارات الكهربائية الأمريكية تسلا تسليم السيارات من طراز موديل واي التي تنتجها في مصنعها بمدينة شنغهاي الصينية للعملاء في الصين.

وأشارت وكالة بلومبرغ للأنباء إلى أن السيارة “موديل واي” من فئة السيارات متعددة الأغراض ذات التجهيز الرياضي (إس.يو.في) تستطيع قطع مسافة 600 كيلومتر تقريباً قبل الحاجة إلى إعادة شحن بطاريتها. ويبدأ سعر بيع هذه السيارة في السوق الصينية بحوالي 9ر339 ألف يوان (52 الف و420 دولار).
وبحسب بيان تسلا فإنها أنشأت أيضاً أكثر من 720 محطة للشحن فائق السرعة للسيارات الكهربائية في مختلف أنحاء الصين.
كان موقع شركة تسلا على الإنترنت قد أشار في وقت سابق من الشهر الحالي إلى أن بعض العملاء الذين يريدون الحصول على السيارة المصنوعة محليا “موديل واي” في الصين سيضطرون للانتظار فترة طويلة وهو ما يشير إلى الطلب القوي على هذه السيارة في السوق الصينية.
يذكر أن سعر السيارة موديل واي في الصين أقل من سعر السيارات الكهربائية من فئة إس.يو.في المنافسة.
