أصدرت محكمة الجنح بتيبازة حكما يقضي بعقوبة 4 سنوات حبسا نافذا و مليون دج غرامة مالية نافذة مع عدم ممارسة أي مهام حكومي لمدة 3 سنوات في حق والي العاصمة الأسبق عبد القادر زوخ.
وجاء حكم محكمة تيبازة في قضية منح امتيازات لرجل الاعمال علي حداد، على خلفية متابعته بتهم منح امتيازات غير مستحقة في مجال ابرام الصفقات و العقود وإساءة استغلال الوظيفة.

كما وجهت لزوخ تهمة تبديد أموال عمومية، وهذا بعد أن تمت محاكمته بتاريخ 8 ديسمبر الماضي، اين التمس وكيل الجمهورية في حقه تسليط عقوبة 10 سنوات حبسا نافذا.

وكان زوخ عبد القادر قد منح أوعية عقارية لعلي حداد بطريقة مخالفة للأحكام التنظيمية والقانونية، باعتبار أن العقارات مملوكة للدولة وهو تسبب في خسائر فادحة بالنسبة للخزينة العمومية.
للإشارة، عبد القادر زوخ سبق وأن تم إيداعه من الجلسة في قضية طحكوت محي الدين.
