رد وزير الداخلية، كمال بلجود، على السؤال الكتابي للنائب شاوي طاهر حول تزوير الملفات القاعدية للسيارات المحجوزة، وإنصاف أصحابها.
وقال ان الاجراءات المتخذة في القضايا المتصلة بالمركبات وحجزها وفتح تحقيقات أولية وقضائية بشأنها سمحت بالتعرف على الوضعية القانونية لها.

ومن جهة أخرى الكشف عن الضالعين في الجرائم المتصلة بجلبها إلى الجزائر واستعمالها للسير وتداول بيعها وشرائها بطرق غير مشروعة.

وأشار أن التحقيقات توصلت الى أن المركبات التي تم حجزها أدخلت الى الجزائر من طرف الأجانب.

وقام أصحابها ببيعها لمهربين جزائريين خلافا للقانون الجزائري الذي يفرض إعادة إخراجها من التراب الوطني في الآجال المحددة قانونيا.

وتم بعد ذلك تسجيل هذه المركبات بطريقة غير قانونية ونقلها عبر عدة ولايات لإخفاء آثار التزوير وهذا بتواطؤ موظفين.

وأفاد أنه تم تشكيل فوج عمل مشكل من ممثلي جميع القطاعات الوزارية المعنية لدراسة الإشكال من جميع جوانبه.

وكذا ايجاد الحلول المناسبة والممكنة لهذه الوضعية ووضع الاليات الكفيلة لمواجهة هذه الممارسات الاحتيالية مستقبلا
