حدد مجلس قضاء الجزائر تاريخ النطق بالحكم في استئناف قضية تركيب السيارات وتمويل الحملة الرئاسية للرئيس السابق عبد العزيز بوتفليقة يوم 28 جانفي الجاري.

وينتظر الحكم في القضية التي دامت على مدار 6 أيام وأسالت تصريحات المتهمين فيها الكثير من الحبر، على رأسها ما أدلى به الوزير الأول الأسبق أحمد أويحيى حول تلقي سبائك ذهب من أمراء خليجيين، وهو ما دفع عدد من الناشطين والسياسيين للمطالبة بفتح تحقيقات في القضية نظرا لثقل تلك الاعترافات وما يمكن أن تكشف عنه من فساد.

ويتابع في القضية عدد من المتهمين السامين على رأسهم الوزيران الأولان أحمد أويحيى وعبد المالك سلال، ووزراء في حكومات متتالية كيوسف يوسفي ومحجوب بدة ويمينة زرهوني.

والتمست النيابة العامة في حق المتهمين أحكاما متفاوتة، إذ التمست 20 سنة حبسا نافذا في حق أويحيى وسلال و15 سنة لكل من يوسفي وبدة. و8 سنوات في حق فارس سلال وعدد من المتهمين، إلى جانب 10 سنوات لعدد من رجال الأعمال على غرار علي حداد وعرباوي حسان وأحمد معزوز ومحمد بايري.
