قرر مفتشو العمل الدخول في إضراب وطني مفتوح قريبا إلى غاية النظر في مطالبهم من طرف مصالح الهاشمي جعبوب.

واتهمت النقابة الوطنية المستقلة لمفتشي العمل في بيان لها، الإدارة بالتضييق والتعسف ضد منخرطي النقابة وحرمانهم من ممارسة حقهم النقابي.

وقررت النقابة القيام بوقفات احتجاجية وطنية مع اللجوء إلى القضاء لرفع العراقيل الممارسة على نشاطهم النقابي على أن يحدد تاريخ الوقفات لاحقا.

من جهة ثانية قررت النقابة التصعيد من خلال تعليق العمل بالزيارات المشتركة والخاصة مع الفرق المزدوجة والمختلطة ومراقبة العمل الليلي وتسقيف الزيارات في حدود 15 زيارة، حيث تم مقاطعة الزيارات المشتركة مع الهيئات تحت الوصاية “CNAS، CASNOS، ANEM، OPREBATPH، CACOBATPH”، إلى غاية استحداث منح أو تعويضات خاصة.

كما أكدوا على مواصلة تعليق مراقبة العمل الليلي إلى غاية توفير الحماية ووسائل العمل لمفتش العمل.
