سيمثل رئيس نادي القضاة سعد الدين مرزوق أمام المجلس الأعلى للقضاء يوم 9 نوفمبر المقبل، حسب ما نشر المعني على حسابه في “الفايسبوك”.

وكتب مرزوق “وصلت بخبر من طرف الزملاء الأفاضل بالمثول أمام المجلس الأعلى للقضاء لمحاكمتي بتاريخ 9 نوفمبر 2020”.

واعتبر مرزوق أن هدف هذه المحاكمة هو “كبح نضالات نادي قضاة الجزائر وجموع المتعاطفين معه لتأسيس قضاء المواطنة المستقل وتخويف وترهيب القضاة عن القيام بدورهم الدستوري في حماية الحقوق والحريات”.

وكان نادي القضاة، وهو تنظيم نقابي قيد التأسيس منذ 2016 يضم حولي 1000 قاض، من أوائل المساندين للحراك الشعبي الذي اندلع في 22 فيفري 2019.
