أكّد وزير الفلاحة، عبد الحميد حمداني، بأن هيأته الوزارية مصمّمة على إطلاق صيغة تمويلية جديدة، قبل نهاية السنة الجارية، من شأنها أن تساعد الفلاح على تطوير شعبته وتحسين مردودية الإنتاج لديه.
واستنكر في الوقت ذاته، البيروقراطية الكبيرة التي طالت القطاع سابقا، خلال دراسة الملفات المتعلقة بالقروض.

وعلى هامش افتتاح فعاليات الطبعة السابعة والعشرين للإنتاج الوطني الفلاحي، في تيبازة، كشف عبد الحميد حمداني، بأن القرض الجديد الذي أطلق عليه اسم “القرض التعاضدي الريفي” سيكون مطروحا في السوق قبل نهاية السنة الجارية، وموجه خصيصا لفئة الفلاحين الناشطين في مختلف الشعب.

وخلال كلمة ألقاها أمام وسائل الإعلام، أكّد الوزير حمداني، بأن ملف آلية التمويل الجديدة لا يزال قيد الدراسة، مضيفا بأن دائرته الوزارية تعمل على جعل القرض الجديد “يناسب الفلاحين ويسمح لهم بتأمين منتوجاتهم”، ويندرج أيضا ضمن استراتيجية جديدة تتعلق بتأمين الفلاحين، وهي من صميم مهام الصندوق الوطني للتعاضد الفلاحي.
