أجل مجلس قضاء العاصمة، محاكمة الرئيس المدير العام لمجمع “النهار” أنيس رحماني في قضية العقيد المتقاعد اسماعيل إلى تاريخ الفاتح من شهر فيفري المقبل.
وتتعلق القضية بواقعة بث قناة النهار في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2018 مكالمة هاتفية بين أنيس رحماني وعقيد في الاستخبارات عقب توقيف رئيس تحرير موقع “الجزائر 24” التابع للمجموعة على يد “ضباط استخبارات”، قبل أن يطلق سراحه بعد الانتهاء من استجوابه بأمر من النيابة آنذاك.

وجاء توقيف الصحافي بسبب مقال انتقد فيه مدير جهاز الاستخبارات السابق عثمان طرطاق الذي يقضي عقوبة 15 سنة في السجن العسكري لاتهامه بتهمة “التآمر ضد سلطة الدولة والجيش”.
