شرع المحامون التابعون لمنظمة المحامين لناحية البليدة اليوم في مقاطعة العمل القضائي على مستوى الجهات القضائية التابعة للمنظمة، بسبب ما وصفته بـ “الإنزلاق الخطير” الذي عرفه معالجة ملف المحامي “أ س” المودع في الحبس المؤقت.

وأوضح بيان للمنظمة أن مقاطعة العمل القضائي تشمل الجهات القضائية التابعة للمنظمة بمجلس قضاء البليدة، مجلس قضاء تيبازة، مجلس قضاء الشلف، مجلس قضاء عين الدفلى وكذلك جميع المحاكم الإدارية التابعة لها والمحكمة العسكرية لمدة غير محدود.

وشدد نقيب محامي البليدة بأنه لن يتم إستنئاف العمل القضائي إلا بموجب مداولة لمجلس المنظمة مع بقاء مجلس المنظمة منعقدا بصفة مستمرة.

من جتها أعلنت منظمة محامي العاصمة في بيان لها تضامنها مع نقابة البليدة وشنت بدورها إضرابا منذ يوم الثلاثاء على مستوى مجلس قضاء الحزائر والمحاكم التابعة له
