تمكنت الفرقة الإقليمية للدرك الوطني بسيدي لخضر من تحرير فتاة قاصر تبلغ من العمر 16 سنة وتوقيف شخصين.
وتورط الشخصان في قضية الإختطاف بأعالي جبال سيدي مجاهد ببلدية بن علال ولاية عين الدفلى.
وتمت العملية أثناء قيام أفراد الفرقة بنقطة مراقبة مرورية بمخرج بلدية بن علال باتجاه مدينة مليانة.

ولفت إنتباههم سيارة من نوع “نوبيرا” تسير بسرعة فائقة وعلى متنها أربعة أشخاص وفتاة.

حيث رفض سائق السيارة التوقف واخترق الحاجز الأمني سالكا مسلك ترابي وسط الغابة باتجاه جبال قرية سيدي مجاهد
الفرقة قامت بمحاصرة السائق وغلق مخارج المسالك ما جعل الأشخاص الأربعة يلوذون بالفرار تاركين القاصر خلفهم.

وقامت ذات المصالح، بملاحقة الأشخاص واسترجاع الضحية، كما تم توقيف السائق المشتبه فيه الرئيسي وكذا مشتبه فيه ثاني بتاريخ فيما لا يزال البحث جار على المشتبه الثالث.
من جهتها لا تزال القضية محل تحقيق بمحكمة مليانة.
