اعترف وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، عبد الباقي بن زيان، بوجود عراقيل ونقائص تواجه الباحثين في متابعة نشاطاتهم العلمية.

وقال بن زيان خلال افتتاحه للندوة الوطنية للمؤسسات العمومية ذات الطابع العلمي اليوم “إن معالجة النقائص تمكن في التقييم المستمر عبر الحوار والتشاور مع كل المشاركين الفاعلين”، مشيرا أن اللقاءات التي نُظمت شهر نوفمبر الماضي سمحت بتسجيل العديد من العراقيل التي يواجهها الباحث.

كما تعهد وزير التعليم العالي بتنصيب لجنة تابعة للقطاع تسهر على معالجة هذه العراقيل في أقرب الآجال.

وفي سياق مغاير، ذكر المسؤول أنه سيتم الشروع في تنفيد البرامج الوطنية للبحث، لاسيما الأمن الغذائي الطاقوي وصحة المواطن.

وأوضح أن الاستثمارات التي قامت بها السلطات العمومية بهدف تشييد منشآت البحث العلمي تتطابق مع المعايير الدولية وهي المراكز التي ينبغي تقاسمها من قبل الفاعلين في القطاع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

وشدد عبد الباقي بن زيان أن تطوير أفاق البحث العلمي حتم إطلاق برنامج متكامل يهدف إلى بناء هياكل موجهة لمراكز ومخابر البحث لتجميع الكفاءات.
