أدانت محكمة الجنح لوادي ارهيو، صباح اليوم، رئيس نادي سريع غليزان محمد حمري بالحبس لمدة سنة مع أمر بالإيداع في الجلسة، في القضية التي رفعها ضده مكتتبون في مشروع سكني بصيغة الترقوي المدعم في مدينتي جديوية والحمادنة، قبض منهم أموالا غير مقيدة في العقود المبرمة معهم.

وقد أغمي على المحكوم عليه بالحبس، في قاعة المحكمة، بعد سماعه الحكم الصادر ضده، ما استدعى تدخل مصالح الحماية المدنية لإسعافه. وقد حضر جلسة المحاكمة أكثر من 40 مكتتبا في المشروعين المذكورين من أصحاب الشكاوي، والذين فرض عليهم المقاول رئيس نادي سريع غليزان أموالا إضافية بين 40 و50 مليون سنتيم، لتسليمهم شققهم.

وقد كان المتهم في حالة إفراج مؤقت منذ انطلاق التحقيق القضائي في هذه القضية. إلا أن المشروعين لم يكتملا. ما دفعهم إلى مقاضاته.

وقد وجه قاضي التحقيق للمتابع تهم تحرير إقرار بسبب وقائع غير صحيحة واستغلالها واختلاس أموال في القطاع الخاص عهد إليه بها. وقضت هيئة المحكمة بحبس محمد حمري سنة نافذة مع الإيداع في الجلسة و100 مليون سنتيم غرامة مالية وتعويض قيمته 10 ملايين سنتيم لضحاياه.
