ألجيريان إكسبرس: التمس ممثل الحق العام لدى مجلس قضاء الجزائر، يوم الأربعاء، تشديد العقوبة في حق الناطق الرسمي باسم حزب العمال والنائب السابق بالبرلمان، جلول جودي، المتابع بتهمة القذف والتشهير في حق الوزيرة السابقة للثقافة،نادية لعبيدي.

وكانت المحكمة الابتدائية بالحراش قد أدانت جلول جودي شهر أكتوبر الفارط في هذه القضية بعقوبة ثلاثة أشهر سجنا موقوفة التنفيذ وغرامة مالية ب50 ألف دينار جزائري بعد إدانته بتهمة القذف والتشهير في حق الوزيرة السابقة للثقافة، نادية لعبيدي.

وسينطق مجلس قضاء الجزائر بالحكم في هذه القضية بتاريخ 24 مارس الجاري، حسبما أفاد به القاضي رئيس الجلسة.

وخلال استجوابه من طرف هيئة المجلس، قال جلول جودي أن التصريحات التي أدلى بها لجريدة “ليبرتي” في ماي 2019 ” جاءت في إطار الرد على أسئلة الصحفي” وهي -كما أضاف- “ليست تصريحات شخصية بل من موقعه كناطق باسم حزب العمال”.

بدورها، طالبت نادية لعبيدي ب”تمسكها بحقها في رد الاعتبار” لشخصها من خلال “نشر الحكم القضائي في جريدتين وطنيتين”.
