اثار إعلان عن وظائف “للرجال فقط” في السعودية ضجة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

ونشرت مؤسسة أهلية إعلانا عن وظائف للرجال فقط، عبر حسابها في موقع “تويتر”، والمؤهل المطلوب “بكالوريوس في الإدارة والتسويق- دبلوم خدمة اجتماعية”، وخبرة في مجال إدارة المشاريع والبرامج المجتمعية”.

ويبدو أن الإعلان لم يلق استحسان العديد من الأشخاص، حيث يظهر تمييزا بين المرأة والرجل في الوظائف بالمملكة.

في غضون ذلك، وجهت إحدى المتابعات سؤالا إلى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية عن رأي الوزارة في المسألة، ورد حساب الوزارة بأن “الإعلان مخالف للمادة الثالثة من نظام العمل”، لتقوم المؤسسة لاحقا بحذف إعلانها.

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن “العمل حق للمواطن، لا يجوز لغيره ممارسته إلا بعد توفر الشروط المنصوص عليها في النظام، والمواطنون متساوون في حق العمل، دون أي تمييز على أساس الجنس، أو أي شكل من أشكال التمييز الأخرى، سواءً أثناء أداء العمل أو عند التوظيف أو الإعلان عنه”.
