الجيريان اكسبرس: رفضت غرفة الاتهام يوم الأربعاء طلب الإفراج المؤقت الذي تقدمت به هيأة دفاع وزيرة الثقافة السابقة خليدة تومي.

وحسب مصادر من هيأة دفاع تومي فإن هذه الأخيرة تقبع في الحبس المؤقت منذ 4 نوفمبر المنصرم وهذا بعد تمديد فترة حبسها لأكثر من مرتين، حيث تتواجد الوزيرة السابقة للثقافة بالمؤسسة العقابية الحراش منذ تسعة أشهر .

وقال دفاع الوزيرة السابقة للثقافة أن تجديد حبسها مناف لأحكام المادة 125/1 من قانون الإجراءات الجزائية بالنظر للتهمة الموجهة لها. وتمسكت هيأة دفاع تومي بالإفراج عنها.

للإشارة، فقد تم إيداع خليدة تومي سجن الحراش في نوفمبر الماضي بتهمة تبديد أموال عمومية ومنح امتيازات غير مستحقة، وسوء استغلال الوظيفة، خلال شغلها لمنصب وزيرة الثقافة، “وإلى يومنا هذا لم يتم سماعها من طرف قاضي التحقيق”.
