الجزائر – ألجيريان إكسبرس – حدد رئيس الجمهورية الجزائري، عبد المجيد تبون، صلاحيات الأمين العام لوزارة الدفاع الوطني الجزائري.

ووقع عبد المجيد تبون، في العدد الأخير للجريدة الرسمية، مرسوما رئاسيا رقم 20-95 والمؤرخ في 8 أبريل 2020، يحدد من خلاله صلاحيات الأمين العام ومهامه.

وسيسهر الأمين العام لوزارة الدفاع الوطني على السير الحسن لهياكل وزارة الدفاع باستثناء قيادة الأركان، حسب المادة الثانية، وسيساعد وزير الدفاع في إدارة الوزارة وتسييرها بتنشيط الهياكل التابعة لها ومراقبتها ورفع تقرير عن نشاطات وزارة الدفاع.

وتؤكد المادة الثالثة حسب ما جاء في المرسوم، بأنه يمكن للأمين العام الإطلاع بأي صلاحية خاصة قد يسندها إليه وزير الدفاع، بينما يخول له الإمضاء باسم وزير الدفاع على جميع العقود والمقررات، في حدود صلاحياته وتحت سلطة وزارة الدفاع.

وجاء في المادة 5، أنه يحدد تنظيم الأمانة العامة لوزارة الدفاع الوطني وكذا صلاحيات مكوناتها، بقرار من وزير الدفاع الوطني، فيما تلغى من خلال المادة 6 كل الأحكام المخالفة لهذا المرسوم.
