إھتز الراي العام الیوم على وقع جريمة قتل و إغتصاب بشعة راحت ضحیتھا الفتاة شیماء
التي تبلغ سنة من العمر بعد ان تم العثور على جثتھا محروقة داخل محطة وقود بمدخل مدينة الثنیة
في بومرداس
وحسب تصريحات والدة الضحیة في فیديو نشرته على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي ، فإن مرتكب الجريمة مسبوق قضائیا و سبق و ان تقدمت ضده بشكوى إغتصاب الفتاة شیماء سنة 2016 .
وروت الأم بألم كبیر، تفاصیل إختطاف و مقتل إبنتھا التي غادرت منزلھا العائلي في الرغاية، قبل أيام، بعدما ھددھا المشتبه فیه وطالبھا بالخروج لملاقاته.
وأضافت والدة الضحیة، إن إبنتھا أخبرتھا أنھا ستذھب لتسديد فاتورة ھاتفھا، وخرجت للقاء المشتبه به خوفا على عائلتھا.
لیتم اختطاف شیماء، قبل أن يتم العثور علیھا بمحطة وقود مھجورة في مدخل مدينة الثنیة ببومرداس، وھي محروقة.
وحسب تصريحات والدة الضحیة، أقدم الجاني على اغتصاب ”شیماء“ والإعتداء علیھا بسلاح أبیض في رقبتھا وعروق رجلیھا، وقبل أن تتوفى وھي تنزف دما قام بحرقھا في جريمة بشعة.
و تم توقیف الجاني الذي إعترف بجرمه و تطالب والدة ”شیماء“، تطبیق القصاص في حقه
