الجزائر – ألجيريان إكسبرس – أجلت محكمة سيدي أمحمد بالعاصمة اليوم الاثنين الى 9 نوفمبر المقبل النظر في القضية المتابع فيها وزير البريد والاتصالات الأسبق المتوفي موسى بن حمادي المتهم ب”الحصول على امتيازات غير مشروعة والتمويل الخفي للحملة الانتخابية للرئيس السابق عبد العزيز بوتفليقة”.

وجاء تأجيل القضية بطلب من دفاع الخزينة العمومية للنظر في الملف وكذا من قاضي الجلسة بسبب غياب العديد من الشهود الرئيسيين على غرار والي العاصمة الأسبق عبد القادر زوخ، وزيرة البريد والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية السابقة هدى فرعون ووزير الشباب والرياضة الأسبق محمد حطاب.

ويتابع في هذه القضية الوزيران الأولان الأسبقان أحمد أويحيى وعبد المالك سلال بتهمة “منح امتيازات غير مبررة لفائدة بن حمادي لانجاز مصنع أدوية جي-بي فارم بالمدينة الجديدة سيدي عبد الله بالعاصمة”.

وإلى جانب عبد الغني زعلان الذي تم احضاره الى المحكمة بصفته رئيس الحملة الانتخابية للمترشح لرئاسيات أبريل 2019 عبد العزيز بوتفليقة وتم إحضار عبد المالك سلال الى المحكمة فيما يتواجد المتهم أحمد أويحيى بسجن العبادلة ببشار.
