صدر في العدد الأخير من الجريدة الرسمية، اليوم الاثنين، النتائج النهائية لتعديل الدستور.
وحسب العدد 72 للجريدة الرسمية، فقد درس المجلس الدستوري طعنا أودع لديه، وتم رفضه لعدم استيفائه الشروط الشكلية والقانونية.

وأعلن أن نتائج الاستفتاء حول مشروع تعديل الدستور المعروض على الشعب الجزائري بتاريخ 1 نوفمبر 2020 هي كالآتي:

الناخبون المسجلون على مستوى التراب الوطني: 23.559.320

العدد الاجمالي للناخبين المسجبين بما في ذلك المقيمين في الخارج: 24.446.618

الناخبون المصوتون على مستوى التراب الوطني: 5.616.481

العدد الاجمالي للناخبين المصوتين، بما في ذلك المقيمون في الخارج: 5.661.551

وبلغت نسبة المشاركة في الاستفتاء على تعديل الدستور 23.84%، الأصوات الملغاة 637.308، الأصوات المعبر عنها 5.024.239.

وبلغ عدد المصوتين بنعم 3.356.091، وهو ما يعادل 66.80%.

وبلغ عدد المصوتين بـ “لا” 1.668.148، وهو ما يعادل 33.20%.
