ستفتح محكمة سيدي امحمد الأسبوع المقبل ملف خمسيني متواجد رهن الحبس المؤقت بالمؤسسة العقابية بالحراش على خلفية متابعته بتهمة الإساءة للرسول الكريم.
وقام المتهم بنشر لفيديوهات عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي صفحة ( الفايسبوك ) أساء فيها لأشرف الخلق نبينا محمد عليه أفضل الصلاة و السلام و كفره بالله تعالى .
تفاصيل القضية حسب ما ورد في الملف القضائي تعود إلى الأسبوع الماضي، بعدما أقدم المتهم على نشر فيديوهات عبر صفحة الفايسبوك يكفر بالله تعالى ويسيء فيها للرسول الكريم.

وقال المتهم في تلك الفيديوهات، إنه لا يؤمن بوجود الله تعالى ولا بيوم القيامة.

و سيتم مثوله الأسبوع المقبل أمام محكمة الجنح بسيدي امحمد من أجل محاكمته بتهمة الإساءة للرسول .
وحسب ما أفادت به محاميته، المتهم فقد والدته أيام قليلة قبل تاريخ الوقائع، كما يعاني هذا الأخير من إضطرابات عقلية .
