نجح عناصر من مصلحة الشرطة القضائية لأمن دائرة عين الترك بولاية وهران من تحرير فتاة قاصر لم تتجاوز الخمسة عشر سنة.
وذلك بعدما حوّلها مسبوق قضائيا إلى مسكن فوضوي ببلدية بوسفر التابعة لدائرة عين الترك بولاية وهران أين قام باغتصابها.

عملية محاصرة ومداهمة المنزل الفوضوي تمت في ظرف وجيز عقب شكوى تقدم بها ذوو الضحية تفيد باختفائها في ظروف غامضة.
وقد أفضت العملية إلى تحرير الضحية القاصر بعدما احتجزها ثلاثيني بالمسكن الفوضوي ببلدية بوسفر حيث تم إلقاء القبض عليه.

وبعد استيفاء كافة الإجراءات القانونية تم تقديمه أمام وكيل الجمهورية الذي أمر بإيداعه الحبس المؤقت بتهمة إختطاف وهتك عرض قاصر.
