أصدرت غرفة الاتهام بمجلس قضاء العاصمة قرارا يقضي بتأييد الحبس المؤقت لكل من الوزير الأول الأسبق عبد المالك سلال والوزير الأسبق للفلاحة عبد القادر القاضي.
وجاء تأييد القرار من غرفة الاتهام في حق المسؤولين السابقين بعد صدور قرار سابق بمحكمة سيدي امحمد يقضي بإيداعهما الحبس المؤقت في قضية رجل الاعمال متيجي.

و جاء هذا القرار بعد طلب قدمته هيئة دفاع المتهمين التي رافعت يوم الثلاثاء أمام غرفة الاتهام من أجل استئناف أمر الإيداع.

وكان قاضي التحقيق بالغرفة الخامسة بمحكمة سيدي امحمد، قد وضع وزير النقل والأشغال العمومية السابق عبد الغاني زعلان ووزير الصناعة السابق محجوب بدة تحت الإفراج المؤقت.

وتم متابعة زعلان وبدة بتهم تتعلق بالفساد، من بينها تبديد أموال عمومية واساءة استغلال الوظيفة.
