استأنف مجلس قضاء العاصمة، اليوم الأحد، قضية شركة صناعة واستيراد الأدوية “جي بي فارما”، التي يتابع فيها الوزيران الأولان السابقان أحمد أويحيى وعبد المالك سلال ووزراء آخرون.

ويتابع أويحيى وسلال بتهم منح امتيازات غير مبررة لمجمع كوندور وفروعه، منها تسهيلات لإنجاز مصنع للأدوية “جي بي فارما” بالمدينة الجديدة “سيدي عبد الله”، غرب العاصمة.

وأصدرت محكمة سيدي أمحمد، نهاية نوفمبر الماضي، أحكاما تقضي بعقوبة خمس سنوات سجنا نافذا في حق الوزيرين المتهمين، بينما استفاد الوزير السابق للنقل والأشغال العمومية عبد الغني زعلان، من البراءة في هذه القضية.
