تمكنت فرقة البحث و التدخل بأمن ولاية الشلف من توقيف أربعة أشخاص تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 25 و 35 سنة.
وتم توقيف سالفي الذكر في قضية تزوير ملفات إدارية ومحررات مصرفية رسمية خاصة بطلب تأشيرات سفر.

حيثيات القضية تعود الى معلومات وردت إلى ذات الفرقة مفادها وجود شبكة إجرامية تقوم بتزوير ملفات إدارية كاملة.

وتضم وثائق إدارية ومحررات مصرفية رسمية مزورة خاصة بطلب تأشيرات سفر، عن طريق نشر إعلانات ومنشورات عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي.

وبعد اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية تم مباشرة الأبحاث والتحريات واستغلال كافة المعلومات التي بينت أن نشاط الشبكة ممتد عبر التراب الوطني.

وكللت الأبحاث بتحديد هوية أربعة مشتبه فيهم مع توقيفهم إثنان منهم من الشلف والآخرين ينحدران من إحدى ولايات غرب الوطن.

كما تم ضبط بحوزتهم وثائق إدارية ومحررات مصرفية مزورة كانت معدة لتكوين ملفات خاصة بطلب تأشيرة سفر.

بالإضافة إلى ضبط جوازات سفر تحمل تأشيرات سفر مزورة.

وبعد استكمال الملف الجزائي عن قضية تكوين جمعية أشرار، تزوير وثائق إدارية ومحررات مصرفية رسمية، أحيلوا بموجبه أمام محكمة الشلف.
