أكد وزير الاتصال الناطق الرسمي للحكومة عمار بلحيمر، إعادة تفعيل صندوق مساعدة الصحافة المجمد منذ 2014، خلال السنة الجارية.

وقال بلحيمر في تصريحات لموقع إكسبراس دي زاد (ExpressDZ) أن إعادة التفعيل أقرها الوزير الأول بعد اقتراح من وزارة الاتصال، تهدف الى مساعدة وسائل الإعلام الخاصة على تجاوز صعوباتها المالية خاصة بعد الظروف الاستثنائية الأخيرة.

وأضاف بلحيمر أنه سيتم تكريس تعديل القانون العضوي المتعلق بالإعلام لسنة 2012، خلال السنة الجارية من أجل تكييفه مع الدستور الجديد و التحولات التي يعرفها القطاع، بالإضافة إلى المضي في الورشات الأخرى على غرار قانوني الإشهار ونشاط شركات الاتصال.

وأكد الوزير أن الإشهار لن يترك في حالة الفوضى التي يعرفها، موضحا أن مصالحه تنتظر المصادقة على المرسوم التنفيذي المتعلق بهذا الفرع من النشاط.

وأضاف أن الوكالة الوطنية للنشر و الإشهار قد شرعت بصفتها ملكية خاصة بالدولة، في تكييف الاستفادة من الإعلانات العمومية، مع قوانين الجمهورية من خلال مجموعة من المعايير الانتقالية، والتي ستدخل حيز التطبيق قريبا.
