قال وزير النقل، هاني لزهر، إن فتح الملاحة الدولية ليست من صلاحيات السلطات العليا للبلاد بعد استشارة اللجنة العلمية وللا يمكن لقطاعه أن يتخذ قرار بشأنها، مؤكدا أن الرحلات الجوية الدولية التي يتم تنظيمها تخص إجلاء رعايا جزائريين عالقين فقط.

وكشف هاني لزهر، خلال حلوله ضيفا على فوروم الإذاعة، عن وجود دراسة لاستحداث شركة نقل عمومية متخصصة في النقل الداخلي مع الجوية الجزائرية، لتخفيف العبء على على الشركة الأولى.

وبخصوص فتح مجال النقل الجوي للخواص أكد وزير النقل أن مصالحه لم تتلق عرضا جادا من قبل المتعاملين الاقتصاديين يسمح بمنحهم رخصة.

من جهة أخرى وصف المسؤول الأول على قطاع النقل وضعية الموانئ الجزائرية بـ”المتخلفة”، وشدد على ضرورة عصرنتها من خلال حصولها على عتاد عصري، وبتوفير مساحات كافية لاستقبال الحاويات وتفريغ عتادها.

وقدر لزهر هاني أيضا الخسائر التي تكبدتها الجوية وشركة النقل البحري خلال الأزمة الصحية بـ 40 مليار دينار و7 ملايير دينار على التوالي.
