التمست النيابة العامة لدى مجلس قضاء العاصمة حكما يقضي بـ12 سنة حبسا نافذا لكل من الوزير الأول الأسبق أحمد أويحيى وعمار غول في قضية رجل الأعمال بن فيسح.
وطالبت النيابة العامة بتوقيع نفس العقوبات التي التمستها النيابة العامة أمام محكمة سيدي أمحمد وهي كالآتي:

12سنة حبسا نافذا ومليون دينار غرامة مالية نافذة في حق الوزيرين الأسبقين أحمد اويحيى وعمار غول
10 سنوات حبسا نافذا ومليون دج غرامة في حق الوزير السابق عبد الغني زعلان وبودربالي محمد
8 سنوات حبسا نافذا ومليون دج غرامة مالية في حق بن حسين فوزي و بن فيسح محمد
7 سنوات حبسا نافذا ومليون دج في حق درفوف حجري
