ألجيريان إكسبرس: مثل صبيحة اليوم أمام قاضي محكمة القطب الجزائي بسيدي امحمد الغرفة الرابعة كل من الوزير الأول الأسبق سلال عبد المالك الى جانب مدير ديون سلال رحيال مصطفى.

حيث تم الإستماع و التحقيق معهم في الموضوع بقضايا فساد تتعلق بمنح رجل الأعمال لعلاوي محمود المالك لفندق يوڨاريثن بلاص ببجاية إمتيازات.

و للإشارة غرفة الإتهام بمجلس قضاء الجزائر يوم أمس كانت قد رفضت قرار الخبرة المضادة التي تقدمت بها هيئة دفاع كل من الوزير الاول عبد المالك سلال و مصطفى رحيال و رجل الاعمال يدعى لعلاوي محمود.

وتتعلق الخبرة المضادة بمنح امتيازات غير مستحقة لرجل الاعمال لعلاوي التي تتعلق بفندق” يوڨاريثن بلاص “.

القضية يتابع فيها أيضا والي بجاية الأسبق المتواجد تحت الرقابة القضائية، حسب ما علمت به النهار اولاين من مصادر قضائية مطلعة.
ووجهت للمتهمين تهم تتعلق بمنح وتلقي امتيازات غير مستحقة وسوء استغلال الوظيفة.

كما وهت لهم أيضا تهم و إستغلال النفوذ و تمكين المستفيذ من رخصة لبناء فندق “يوڨاريثن بلاص” بولاية بجاية ليس له الحق فيها.
