أصدر رئيس مجلس السيادة الانتقالي في السودان، عبد الفتاح البرهان، مرسوما دستوريا، ينص على إنشاء نظام الحكم الإقليمي (الفدرالي) في السودان.

ونص المرسوم الدستوري، الذي صدر أمس الخميس، على تطبيق نظام حكم الأقاليم (الفدرالي) عقب إنعقاد مؤتمر نظام الحكم في السودان، الذي يحدد الأقاليم وعددها وحدودها، وهياكلها، وإختصاصاتها وسلطاتها ومستويات الحكم والإدارة، بما لا يتعارض مع إتفاق جوبا للسلام في السودان عام 2020.

وطالب المرسوم الدستوري جميع الجهات المختصة وضعه موضع التنفيذ.

ويأتي صدور المرسوم بناء على المرسومين الدستوريين 38 و39 لسنة 2019، وعملا باحكام المادة 79 من الوثيقة الدستورية للفترة الإنتقالية لسنة 2019 – 2020 واتفاق جوبا للسلام في السودان الموقع سنة 2020.
