صادق المجلس الشعبي الوطني، اليوم الخميس، على تقرير لجنة الشؤون القانونية والإدارية والحريات المتعلق بإثبات عضوية ثلاثة نواب جدد.

ويتعلق الأمر بإثبات عضوية محمد حمداني، الذي يستخلف النائب عن حزب جبهة التحرير الوطني من الدائرة الانتخابية تمنراست محمود قمامة، بعد شغور مقعده بسبب الوفاة.

وتم استخلاف النائب نزيه برمضان في قائمة الحركة الشعبية الجزائرية للدائرة الانتخابية ڨالمة بقروج بوهالي بعد شغور مقعده بسبب وظيفة تتنافى مع العهدة البرلمانية علما أن النائب برمضان قد تم تعيينه من قبل رئيس الجمهورية مستشارا مكلفا بالحركة الجمعوية.

كما صادق المجلس على تقرير اللجنة المتعلق بإثبات عضوية عمر صحراوي، المؤهل لاستخلاف النائب أحمد زيدان عن قائمة الجبهة الديمقراطية الحرة بالدائرة الانتخابية الشلف بعد شغور مقعده بسبب تعيينه في مهام مندوب محلي لوسيط الجمهورية لنفس الولاية.
